General:
I think the 1841 census record is highly likely to be wrong.

There are no other records I can find that relate to any Abraham Drivers born in 1821 in Plymstock.

If both Abraham and his brother Edmund were born 1n 1821 then they must be twins, yet Abraham is only listed in 1841. Edmund isn't listed in 1841 but appears in every census from 1851 up to his death. His age in every census is consistent with him being born in 1821. Edmund is a mariner (or sailor) and I think the 1841 entry for 'Abraham, tailor' should read 'Edmund, sailor'.
